These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the booking services provided by Booking Lane ("we", "us", or "our"). By calling us or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Booking Lane acts as an independent travel booking agency. We help you search, compare, and book flights and hotels through airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers. We do not own or operate those suppliers and are not responsible for their actions.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking.
- Ensure you have valid travel documents (passport, visas, etc.) for your trip.
- Review your booking details before confirming them over the phone.
- Pay all applicable fares and fees at the time of booking.
Bookings & Confirmations
Bookings are subject to availability and the terms of the airline or hotel. A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation number. Fares and availability can change until a booking is confirmed.
Pricing & Fees
Prices quoted over the phone include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change based on availability. Some fares may be non-refundable or carry change restrictions.
Third-Party Suppliers
Airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers are responsible for the products and services they provide. Their own terms, conditions, and policies apply to your booking with them.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Booking Lane is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by third-party suppliers, weather, schedule changes, or events beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the service fees we charged for your booking.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
